Jessie Andre serves many roles in the Norris School District, as HAL coordinator,  Technology instructor,  and Middle School Librarian.   Graduating from UNL with a Bachelors of Music, she taught instrumental and vocal music in central Iowa, Bellevue, Lincoln, Elm Creek and Firth.  Mrs. Andre earned her masters in Instructional Technology with her Library Endorsement in 2012. She has taught for over twenty five  years and enjoys the  endorsements that enable her to work with a huge variety of students.  

Mrs. Andre has been at Norris since 2006.  She lives on an acreage outside of Firth with her husband, kids and  two Pembroke Welsh Corgi's.  All three of Mrs. Andre's children attended Norris. 

Mrs. Andre's duties include:  Library and Information Sciences, High Ability Learners, Music Exploration, and First Lego League
